Lady Vengeance (aka Sympathy for Lady Vengeance)
I said it before, and I'll gladly say it again... This film (and Oldboy) are simply fantastic.
Anyone who is a parent and who doesn't shed at least one tear watching this are simply not human.
I implore you... I'm speaking to the world as a whole here... If you don't mind subtitled films, give both this and Oldboy a chance. They may both be very violent and disturbing films, but they are also amusing at times and are simply one of the finest examples of how cinema can be seen as high art.
